They started getting behind in orders so new orders began paying for old orders. But once they got bigger and opened a second location it all went down hill. Then the day before delivery they call you at 10am and tell you if you dont CALL BACK, cant even text it, by 3pm they will cancel the delivery. Then send a text after the confirmation to have you confirm a second time. So I set a new date, one where I would actually be available. funny because I never set up a new date so no clue what "earlier" would mean. I get contacted about a week ago saying they can ship my tables earlier than expected. It is extremely clear no one really has a clue what is going on at Ashley Furniture. She tells me to expect to be contacted in a week. well it's been twice that already and no call from anyone. They showed me they had all the boxes open and the tables ready to set up but no hardware so they made note of it and returned the tables to their warehouse.Ĭouple weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I call and customer service tells me "they should contact you less than a week from when they attempted to deliver." Okay. March 11, delivery day gets here, and they drop my sofa off no issues. I let them know I had not got them yet and customer service told me the delivery was canceled from their end with no notes. its like they didnt know if I got them or if they were even shipped out. I then get a call asking if my lamps had arrived "or if I need to schedule delivery." ![]() Lamps were being shipped from a different location they said so they opted to ship the lamps straight to me where as the rest required a delivery team which I paid for.Ĭouple week go by and no lamps yet. I was told late Feb early March I'd expect delivery. I purchased a sofa, coffee table, end tables, and lamps the weekend before January 14th. my experience has been poor enough that I dont suggest ever giving them your business.
